We discuss commission in the first conversation - transparently, before work starts. No hidden fees along the way.
How quickly does a listing go online?
Usually within 24-48 hours after details and photo/video/drone materials are ready. Quality of presentation comes first.
Do you help with mortgages, renovation and moving?
Yes. We support financing (trusted advisors), recommend renovation crews and moving firms, prepare listing documentation and work with legal and notary partners.
Do you offer 360, video and drone?
Yes - photo session, listing video, virtual 360 and drone when it makes sense. We can also use your photos. We document everything in one pack.
Who chooses the notary?
The parties to the transaction decide. We help coordinate the date, documents and work with trusted firms.
